Private PortraitSM
is an online service used by individual, business, and not-for-profit
clients to access their accounts via the Internet, 24-hours
a day. Private PortraitSM
supports loans, deposits, and bill payment, as well as other
banking functions. Access to Wealth Management accounts is
available through the Portfolio
Account Link.

much does it cost to use Private PortraitSM?
Private PortraitSM
Internet Banking is available to clients of The National Bank
of Indianapolis at no additional charge.
Private PortraitSM
Bill Payment is available for $4.95 per month for up to 20
payments. Payments above 20 are $.35 each.

Is
it safe to use Private PortraitSM?
We have gone to great
lengths to insure that there are many levels of security.
You will be assigned a unique user ID and a password. The
password must be changed by you the first time you use Private
PortraitSM. Additionally,
you may change your ID or password whenever you wish while
you are using Private PortraitSM.
All information you enter is secured using 128bit encryption
to insure that all of your activity is safe and confidential.

What
do I need to use Private PortraitSM?
Aside from an account
with The National Bank of Indianapolis, you just need a PC,
an Internet Service Provider (ISP), and a secure browser such
as the latest version of either Netscape
Navigator* or Microsoft
Internet Explorer*. Then you need to sign up for Private
PortraitSM by contacting
your banker or visiting a location
that is convenient to you.

You may enroll by calling your banker or visiting a location
that is convenient to you. For our clients' protection, online
enrollment is not offered.

is the website best viewed?
Our site is best viewed
at a resolution of 800 x 600 or higher with at least 16-bit
color using the latest version of Microsoft

do I do if the website is unavailable?
Occasionally the website will be unavailable so that we may
perform routine maintenance. Be assured that any interruptions
of service are infrequent and only temporary. Should you need
access to your account immediately while the website is temporarily
